For every activity, hobby, passtime, or sport, there is someone out there who enjoys it.  For the rest of us, our habits, routines, and preferences dictate the majority of our time out on the town.  Why is that?  Dart Out is a social experiment by a bored New Yorker to boldly explore the city by throwing darts at Timeout New York and committing to experiencing whatever the fates throw at him (or more accurately, whatever he throws at fate).  The idea is to experience life beyond the scope of narrow individualistic preferences and pigeonholing preconceptions (enough syllables for you?).
